ADMISSIONS & FEES

Introductory Visit

Prior to enrollment, we want to make sure that your child's participation in The Orchard Preschool is the right choice for all parties involved.   Due to this, we encourage parents to come in for a tour and to meet our staff personally.   In order to ensure the appropriate time for your introductory visit, we ask that you please call in advance to schedule a visit or contact us via email.

Advance Payment

Your child's position is reserved upon an advance payment of two week's tuition.   This advance payment will be applied to the last two weeks of care, after the required one month notice has been given in writing.

Registration Fees

There is an ANNUAL non-refundable registration fee, per child, per year, which is required at time of enrollment.   This fee covers administrative and maintenance costs.

Trial Period

The trial period will be the first 2 weeks your child is with us.   This period gives us an opportunity to observe the child's adjustment to our program and to talk about any concerns.   We will talk to you daily about your child's experience, and any concerns/questions/issues you may have.   During this 2 week trial period, we will determine if enrollment in The Orchard Preschool is the right choice for everyone.   After the 2 week trial period has ended, a one month notice is required to terminate enrollment.   During this time, either the clients or the school may terminate the agreement without advance written notice.

• If the contract is terminated during the trial period due to client's request, client agrees to pay $10/hour for the services provided, in addition to any registration, application fees, etc.   Any money remaining on the client's account will be refunded.
• If the contract is terminated during the trial period by the school, the client will pay a pro-rated rate for the services provided in addition to any registration, application fees, etc.   Any money remaining on the client's account will be refunded.
• If we are forced to terminate care immediately due to safety reasons, no refund will be issued.
